"This is a case of I wish there one was a way to rate negative stars. He'd have a negative five. We had a horrible experience with him a few years ago but stuck with him for homeowners insurance. I just had another horrible incident with his office personnel. That was just ridiculous. Lies and more lies. Even when given evidence that what they are saying is lying. And trust me if they just don't want me as a customer any longer. I'm an adult. I understand that. But don't make up stories and think I'm just going to walk away. It's all fine and dandy until you actually have to use them and then you will find out that they are not there for you. Really be forewarned. I am not sure how he got all these five star review Please note I understand how it is to run a small business and this is my very first review of a business on a public site at age nearly 60 but I feel that strongly that he does such a strong disservice to people that people need to be start being warned"
